Introduction to DNS

The module covers the fundamentals of DNS and highlights its role in the Internet's architecture. The module provides the learner with foundational knowledge and understanding of network administration. The learner will practice using "dig" to query Domain Name System servers. This module also prepares the learner for the final module, ‘How a Caching DNS Server Works’, which is hands-on to allow for deeper practice with DNS servers.
