The Internet today interconnects a large number of computing devices and networks
throughout the world, where it delivers services that have become critical to mankind. Internet security is
therefore paramount. In this training course we will cover basic concepts and standards around internet
security, discuss threats and possible attacks before engaging in the implementation of solutions for securing
the Internet at its hard (e.g., router security) and for surveilling its assets (e.g., SOC analysis).
